"I hired this awesome team for "a day after the wedding - Sunday Fun Day," at the beach. I wanted to make sure that this day was perfect as it was two of my BFFs and their families and friends from Australia, Montana, Oregon and Hawaii. Working with them to plan was easy and they were very accommodating and made great suggestions while also adding all my preferences. They arrived early on the event date to set up their tables with a nice display, signage and smiles. Despite most guests coming off a chartered bus and a large group headed straight to the bar, they quickly got everyone their drink with such great service that no one would have even sensed a "hurried" service. This was basically a "beach party" on private property and obviously I didn't NEED to hire a bartending service. I could have easily just went out and bought a bunch of stuff and put it in a cooler for everyone to help themselves but, 1) I work a lot and didn't have time to run around and do all this myself; 2) I wanted to make sure this event was a perfect and special experience for everyone so I wanted a professional service vs. just a help - yourself or a friend helping to serve; 3) I wasn't able to deal with transporting extra tables, tents, beverages, etc...on the date of the event nor the tear down afterwards; and 4) the nice presentation and friendly bartenders was the elevated touch I wanted for this day.
